At ARE we will share our knowledge and passion for roofing and building science with all industry stakeholders thorough high-quality, accessible training along with professional and technical development opportunities.

We are dedicated to supporting the roofing industry and being a strategic partner helping others meet their objectives.  As a result of these partnerships, our professional and technical development opportunities create an industry that is efficient, effective, and a good steward of resources.

The roofing industry lacks brand neutral training targeted to non-technician training and development.  This has created a gap in knowledge for those working in the industry as salespeople, architects, estimators, manufacturers- sales, marketing, R&D and technical reps, independent reps, distributors, contractor office/support staff, insurance adjusters, inspectors, facility owners/mangers, and others.

This gap often leads to roofing projects that fail prematurely due to lack of knowledge, options, analysis or investigation by all or some associated stakeholders.  These failures create bad will in the marketplace, wastes money and resources, and increases cost of ownership and operating for all parties.

At ARE we will help close the gap by offering professional and technical training to the industry in a common sense manner that can be understood by all.  

ARE will lead change in the roofing industry with meaningful learning and development opportunities presented in a way that all stakeholders can understand.  We will conduct ourselves with a high degree of professionalism, offer relevant content and create true trusted advisors who advocate for and advise their clients through a more thorough understanding of the industry.
